Wondering what to do with all those windfalls ? Gather them up, pick some more and bring them to Alresford Rotary's third 'Apple Day'.
This year we'll be in the lower car park at Perins School, on Sunday 15th October from 10am to 2pm. We will be crushing and pressing apples and producing lovely golden, clear apple juice as well as hosting a whole range of stalls: apple burgers, sausages, apple produce, a cider bar, toffee apples, Mr Apple Head for the children & apple bobbing, Juggling Jake and lots of other entertainment.
If you bring apples, the 'deal' is that you get back 50% of your apples as juice for you to take home and the other 50% is sold for charity. Last year we processed over 2 tonnes of apples !
Even if you have no apples, bring the family and come along and have some fun. Lots of parking across the road at Perins.
